• 🧵 Played with Threads API and built a bot account.

• 👴 Got older.

• 💸 Shared a little about my Chrome extension 13 years ago.

Interesting discoveries

1. Evolution of the Singapore MRT Map from 1989 until 2025. 🗺️

   

   There were only 2 lines.

2. Sim Lim Tower Ice Cream uncle passed away 😭

Story Time

I went for TEL4 (Thomson-East Coast Line Stage 4) public preview event on 21 June. It’s a free ride for the new stations before officially opening on 23 June.

The new stations from Tanjong Rhu to Bayshore. Bedok South and Sungei Bedok are still under construction.

Marine Parade station.

Siglap station.

Tanjong Rhu and Marine Parade are probably the best highlights this time. The other stations were quite uh… “ulu” (remote, out of the way) and feels like a showcase of where the rich people live 😂

TEL3 opening was 2 years ago (Nov 2022) 😱
